You’re certainly not alone in that regard, as it sounds like a neat customization right? Although there’s no official support for video wallpapers, there’s a workaround that you can use to enjoy videos as your wallpaper of an iPhone, at least on your lock screen. You can also change which frame appears as the still photo, but I wouldn’t recommend doing that. The video frames are lower resolution than the still image from the camera.
